These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of all users in relation to their use of the service. Access to and use of the service is contingent upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you may not be able to access the service. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to, if you violate these terms and conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Applicable Law The laws of the country, except for its conflicting rules, govern these terms and your use of the service. Purchases - If you wish to purchase any product or service available through the website, you may be asked to provide certain information related to your purchase. - Partial refunds do not apply to bank installment plans. The order must be canceled, and after the refund is processed, the customer can re-order. - [Deepa] reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any order or discount coupon in the event of a technical error or price discrepancy, in accordance with company policy and interests, without prior notice. - When ordering tires online through the Deepa website, the customer receives the following services free of charge: tire removal, valve replacement, installation, and balancing. Wheel alignment and other costs are not included. - The shape, design, and specifications of the tires may vary according to the manufacturer's discretion and are subject to change without prior notice. - For battery orders, the customer has the option to exchange the old battery or keep it, as indicated on the product details and purchase page. - For cash on delivery orders, stock and price reservations are valid for 48 hours and are subject to change without prior notice. - For prepaid orders placed through the website or app, stock and price reservations are valid for 14 days from the order confirmation date. DEEPA reserves the right to cancel orders not received within this timeframe. - For full/partial refunds, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method (where applicable) and may be subject to bank and other payment provider fees based on the selected payment method and associated costs. Required Procedures The branch must complete the warranty document, provide the original to the customer, and retain a hard copy at the branch. The invoice date and number must be written inside the frame using correction fluid to preserve the warranty information. Warranty and Replacement Terms Replacements are only available if proven Manufacturing defect or road hazards. The original invoice must be submitted along with the branch-stamped document. The absence of tire information (invoice number + date inside the tire) may result in the warranty claim being rejected. Exceptions Management reserves the right to reject any warranty claim that does not meet the requirements.
