If you have any comments or complaints about a product you purchased or any of our services, you can request a return or exchange according to the requirements below. 2. Return and Exchange Period You can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must present your purchase receipt or order number when requesting a return. 3. Product-Specific Conditions Batteries: Installed batteries cannot be returned, but they are covered by the warranty. Uninstalled batteries can be returned within 10 days, provided they are in their original packaging. The warranty card included with the battery must be present at the time of receiving the order. Tires: Installed tires cannot be returned. Uninstalled tires can be returned within 10 days, provided they are in their original condition. Accessories and Items: Accessories and tools can be returned within 10 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. 4. Warranty Most of our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies depending on the product and is detailed on the product page. Warranty claims are separate from returns via our hotline. 5. Refund Method There are no fees for returns. Cash Payments: Refunds are issued in cash upon receipt of the returned product. Cash on Delivery: Refunds are issued via cash or bank transfer. Refund Processing Time: Immediately on the same day we receive the returned item. Original delivery fees will be deducted from the refund amount. 6.
